Seven questions to ask before accepting a PPH quote.
Clarify billing, selected products and setup before comparing the headline price.

Make the quote specific.
A quote is most useful when it describes your selected products and the way your book will be billed. Ask the provider to confirm the following questions for your configuration.
- What counts as an active player?
- What is the base weekly rate?
- Which selected products cost extra?
- Does the rate change with player volume?
- Are there setup or customization charges?
- What support and migration help are available?
- What are the payment and service terms?
Put the figures in one place.
Keep the base rate, per-player add-ons and other weekly charges separate. Then calculate the projected total using the same active-player count for each provider. Our calculator accepts your own quoted figures; it does not invent missing rates.
If a charge is one-time rather than weekly, record it separately. Do not hide a setup fee in a per-player comparison without explaining the assumption.
Ask what is demonstrated and what is stated.
The quote tells you the price. A demo lets you see the workflow. Ask about player management, limits and reports, then note which details still need confirmation.
HeadCount can discuss package pricing and arrange a demo by phone, email form or Telegram. Its starting price is $7 per active player per week; live betting and casino are add-ons.
