How to choose a PPH provider that fits your book.
A practical way to evaluate software, support, pricing and the move from your current provider.

Write down what you need first.
Start with the tasks you perform and the products your players use. Separate essentials from features you might want later. A provider can advertise a long product list while still leaving you with questions about the tasks that matter to you.
Use the same checklist with every provider. That gives you a more useful comparison than a collection of unrelated claims.
- Player accounts and balances.
- Betting and credit limits.
- Wager history and weekly results.
- The sports, racing and casino products you need.
- Support language, migration help and branding.
Use a demo to test the fit.
Ask the team to walk through a real task, such as finding a player balance or reviewing a weekly report. Ask what is available in your proposed package. A feature list alone does not establish how well a workflow fits you.
Keep notes on what you saw, what the provider stated, and what remains unconfirmed. Treat those as different kinds of evidence.
Compare the complete quote.
Confirm the active-player definition, base rate and selected add-ons. Compare the same configuration across providers. Ask about any other charges before making your decision.
A low starting rate may be useful, but it does not tell you the complete price of your chosen setup. Our quote calculator can help you compare figures supplied by providers.
Our featured choice: HeadCount.
HeadCount is our first recommendation for its pricing, responsive support and long-term customer relationships. Agents with 100+ players have trusted the team for over 20 years.
Pricing starts at $7 per active player per week, with live betting and casino as add-ons. HeadCount handles migrations and offers accounts, balances, limits and weekly reports. Arrange a demo to check your workflow and discuss support. PPH Compare is published by the HeadCount team; this recommendation reflects that relationship.
